From coast to coast, 150 incredible practices donate 20,301 lbs and $13,174 to local charities as part of our Holiday Donation Drive!
150 practices from coast to coast truly demonstrated our value, “We Care,” this holiday season through their participation in this year’s Holiday Donation Drive. Collecting food, personal hygiene items, toys, pet supplies and donations, we are inspired by their generosity.
An incredible 20,301 pounds in donations were collected this year! Several practices also fundraised as part of the campaign, with a total of $13,174 donated to local charities.
A few notable collection campaigns this year included:

- Animal Medical Centre North (Regina, SK): collected Christmas meal supplies (including turkeys!) and winter clothing in support of SOFIA House, a charity providing long-term housing for women and children fleeing domestic violence.

- Fraser Valley Animal Hospital (Abbotsford, BC): in addition to collecting food for the Abbotsford Food Bank, the practice also supported 89 seniors with gifts this holiday season in partnership with a local long-term care home.

- Hôpital vétérinaire St-Lazare (St-Lazare, QC): donated 221.5 pounds and $200 to La Source d’Entraide, a non-profit organization supporting community members’ wellbeing by providing emergency food aid and sewing workshops.
Congratulations to our donation winners!
Every participating practice was entered to win a donation of $500 to their charity of choice. Our congratulations go to: Merritt Animal Hospital, Clinique vétérinaire Basses-Laurentides, and Bridgwater Veterinary Hospital and Wellness Centre.
