VetStrategy clinic expands and relocates to modern space

The team at Bank Street Animal Hospital (Ottawa, ON) has fully relocated into their new 5,000 sq. ft. custom-designed facility, directly behind their old hospital. Made possible with support from VetStrategy – they now have a new space to deliver on their customer promise to provide world-class veterinary care in their local community. Keeping their clients’ convenience in mind, it is in the same building as their previous office and boasts enhanced features such as:  

• Separate general medicine and surgical entrances  
• Additional operating room (from one to two)  
• Four new consultation rooms (from two to six) 
• A new pharmacy  
• More kennels  

The hospital also welcomed two new veterinarians as part of the expansion, thanks to the network’s recruitment services. Several months after their grand opening in August 2022, the team continues to see the long-term impacts of the move. Animal wellness has been placed at the center of the concept for their space and that focus rings true to this day.
